Adorable Mini Marshmallow Ghosts

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or white candy melts)
- Black decorating gel (or black icing for the ghost faces)
- Popsicle sticks (optional, for easy handling)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional, for extra decoration)
- Prepare the Marshmallows:
- If using popsicle sticks, gently insert a stick into the bottom of each mini marshmallow, leaving enough stick exposed for handling.
- Melt the White Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts according to package instructions. Stir until smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, you can add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to thin it out.
- Dip the Marshmallows:
- Hold each mini marshmallow (or marshmallow-on-a-stick) and dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering it completely to resemble a ghost.
- Gently shake off any excess chocolate and place the dipped marshmallow onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add the Ghost Faces:
