For Garnish:

  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Shrimp: Place the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Make the Stuffing

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir until all ingredients are well combined, creating a moist, crumbly stuffing mixture.

Assemble the Casserole

  1. Add Stuffing: Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp in the baking dish, pressing gently to adhere.
  2. Arrange Evenly: Ensure the shrimp are evenly covered with the stuffing.

Bake the Casserole

  1. Bake Shrimp: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

Serve
