Step 1: Mix Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until fully combined and the cocoa powder is dissolved.

Step 2: Let It Sit

  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Step 3: Chill

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to individual serving jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
