For the creamy, spicy goodness of this Halloween Buffalo Chicken Dip, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to spice preference)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Dippers: Tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or toasted baguette slices

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (8×8 or similar) with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Step 3: Add the Chicken and Cheese

  • Fold in the shredded chicken, garlic powder (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Step 4: Transfer to Baking Dish
