Instructions

Prep the Carrots

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Carrots: If using regular carrots, peel and cut them into even-sized sticks for uniform cooking.

Make the Sauce

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Roast the Carrots

  1. Toss Carrots: Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
