  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, or broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked meat (optional, like ham or bacon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

Step 2: Whisk Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Step 3: Add Fillings

  • Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using) until evenly distributed.

Step 4: Fill Muffin Tin

  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Step 5: Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Step 6: Cool and Serve

  • Allow the quiches to cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
