  • 1/2 cup orange candy melts (for pumpkin designs)

  • Sprinkles, colored icing, or candy decorations (for spooky designs)
  • Black decorating gel (for detailing)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownies:
    • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your boxed brownie mix. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
    • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
    • Bake the brownies as directed on the box, typically for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely in the pan.
  • Cut into Shapes:
    • Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares or rectangles for easy decorating. If you prefer, you can use Halloween-shaped cookie cutters (like ghosts or pumpkins) for fun shapes.
  • Decorate the Ghosts:
    • Melt the white chocolate chips or white candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
    • Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle the melted white chocolate over several brownies to make ghostly shapes. Add two candy eyes to each ghost.
    • Use black decorating gel to draw little mouths on the ghosts.
  • Decorate the Pumpkins:
    • Melt the orange candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Spread the orange candy melt over some of the brownie squares. Use black decorating gel to add jack-o’-lantern faces. Add green icing or candy for the pumpkin stems.
  • Create Monster Brownies:
    • Spread different colored icing or melted chocolate on the remaining brownies.
    • Add candy eyes and use black decorating gel to draw monster mouths, scars, or other creepy details.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
