Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2: Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil until smooth.

Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
