  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

Cook the Chicken

  1. Bake the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  2. Optional Grilling: If you prefer, grill the chicken over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side.
