For the Salad:

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

For the Dressing (Optional):

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruits

  • Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and cube the watermelon.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, and sliced kiwi.

Step 3: Make the Dressing (Optional)

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4: Toss the Salad

  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad if using, and gently toss the ingredients together to combine.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the top for an added burst of flavor. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
